Email & SMS campaigns

Know how much every email or SMS campaign brought in

Your campaigns are sent from the same platform as your ticketing. So every send shows its revenue and its number of orders, not just an open rate.

  • Revenue and orders per campaign
  • Email and SMS in one place
  • Segments built on your ticketing data
  • Sent from your domain name

Revenue attribution

A revenue figure next to every send

An email marketing tool knows who clicked. Sweescape knows who bought, because the campaign and the ticketing live in the same place.

Links tracked automatically

On sending, every link in the campaign is tagged. No UTMs to cobble together, no spreadsheet to keep up to date.

The order keeps the trail

A recipient clicks, then buys: their order is attributed to the campaign, including on your own domain name.

Confirmed sales only

The revenue shown adds up tickets that were actually paid for. An abandoned cart never inflates the result.

Email and SMS alike

The links in your SMS are tracked the same way. You compare the two channels on what matters: sales.

Clicks, or sales?

What changes when email marketing and ticketing become one.

With a separate email marketing tool

  • A CSV export to redo before every send
  • An open rate, a click rate, then nothing
  • No way of knowing which message sold tickets
  • One more subscription, billed by number of contacts

With Sweescape campaigns

  • Your buyers are already there, updated with every sale
  • Revenue and number of orders shown for every campaign
  • Your campaigns ranked by revenue generated
  • Email campaigns included in the subscription, SMS on prepaid credits

Email or SMS, depending on the moment

A date announcement is won by email. The last hundred tickets, by SMS.

A block-based email editor

Build a campaign in your own art direction by dragging blocks, then send it from your own address.

  • Sections, columns, images, buttons, dividers
  • Personalisation variables drawn from your audiences
  • Sent from your domain name, authenticated with SPF and DKIM
  • AI-assisted writing and proofreading

Target the right people, not the whole database

An event becomes an audience

In one click, the buyers from one date join an audience you can reuse for the next.

CSV or Excel import

Add an existing database: contacts already known are updated, not duplicated.

Dynamic segments

Rules are evaluated at send time. A new buyer enters the segment without you touching anything.

Targeting on your data

City, ticket bought, attendance at the event: you segment on what only your ticketing knows.

Deliverability

A clean list, a protected reputation

One-click unsubscribe

An unsubscribe link unique to each recipient is added on sending. Nothing to configure.

Dead addresses removed

An address that bounces or a spam complaint is automatically dropped from your next sends.

Reputation alerts

You are warned as soon as complaints or invalid addresses go over the thresholds that mailbox providers tolerate.

Duplicates removed

The list is deduplicated before sending: nobody receives the same message twice, and no SMS is billed twice.

From idea to sale, in four steps

  1. 1

    Choose the audience

Your whole community, or a specific segment.

  2. 2

    Write the message

A block-based email or an SMS, with AI to back you up.

  3. 3

    Send or schedule

Right now, or on Thursday at 6pm for the presale opening.

  4. 4

    Read the revenue

Orders and revenue show up in SweeAnalytics.

Example

A presale announcement, measured right through to the sale

A promoter announces their festival presale by email to 8,420 contacts. For their club night, they text their 2,150 regulars about the last hundred tickets. In SweeAnalytics, every send shows its sales: they know which message to repeat for the next date.

18,640€
revenue attributed to the email
412
orders attributed
6,270€
revenue attributed to the SMS
31.2%
SMS click rate

Frequently asked questions about campaigns

How do I know how much ticket revenue an email campaign generated?

In Sweescape, every link in a campaign is tagged automatically on sending. When a recipient clicks and then buys on your ticket page, the order is attributed to the campaign. SweeAnalytics then shows, for each campaign, the revenue generated and the number of orders, alongside the open and click rates. No UTM parameter or third-party tool is needed.

Does revenue attribution also work for SMS campaigns?

Yes. The links in an SMS campaign are tracked exactly like those in an email. So an SMS campaign shows its revenue and its orders. The only difference: an SMS has no measurable open rate. Only clicks and sales can be measured.

Which attribution model does Sweescape use?

Attribution is last-click and only counts confirmed sales, meaning tickets that were actually paid for. One limit to be aware of: if the buyer clicks on their phone and then buys later from another device or another browser, the sale is not attributed to the campaign. The figure shown is therefore a reliable floor, never an inflated estimate.

Do I still need Mailchimp or Brevo?

Not for your events. Sweescape handles audiences, contact import, segments, the email editor, SMS, unsubscribes and statistics. What a general-purpose tool cannot do: segment on your ticketing data and link a send to ticket sales.

How much does it cost to send SMS campaigns?

Email campaigns are included in the subscription. SMS run on prepaid credits: one credit equals one SMS, whatever the destination country. Before sending, the counter shows the number of characters actually billed, including the shortened link and the STOP opt-out text, and therefore the number of credits used per recipient.

Are my emails sent from my own domain name?

Yes. You declare your sending domain, Sweescape gives you the SPF and DKIM records to add, and your campaigns are sent from your address. Your recipients never see the Sweescape name, and authentication improves deliverability.

What happens when someone unsubscribes?

The person is removed from your campaigns on the channel concerned: replying STOP to an SMS does not cut off their emails, and vice versa. Transactional messages such as the order confirmation or the ticket delivery still go out, because they are not marketing.
