Ticketing under your name, on your domain, with no commission
Your tickets sell under your identity alone: your domain name, your colours, your sending email addresses. You pay a fixed subscription, never a percentage of the takings, and the buyer never sees the name of the tool.
What is white-label ticketing?
White-label ticketing shows the organiser's identity rather than the tool's: their domain name, their logo, their colours and their sending email addresses. At Sweescape it is included from the Advanced plan, at 149€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment or 199€ with no commitment, with 0% commission on the tickets sold.
- Your own domain name
- Your own sending addresses
- 100% customizable interface
- 0% commission
What moving to a subscription changes
Traditional ticketing takes a percentage of every ticket. A fixed subscription does not move when your sales climb.
- 10%
- Typical commission per ticket
- 1,788€
- Sweescape subscription for a year
- 18,000€
- The tipping point
Taken on every sale, including the ones you generate yourself, with no cap.
Twelve months of the Advanced plan on an annual commitment, whatever your sales volume.
Above that much yearly ticketing, the subscription costs less than the commission.
1,788€ of annual subscription divided by a 10% commission rate gives roughly 18,000€ of yearly ticketing. Stripe payment fees apply in both cases and are not counted here.

White label: Sweescape against traditional ticketing
Where traditional ticketing imposes its brand on your sales page, Sweescape erases its own.
| Criterion | Traditional ticketing | Sweescape |
|---|---|---|
| Domain name | Traditional ticketing A subdomain of the platform (tickets.the-platform.com) | Sweescape Your own domain (tickets.your-brand.com) via a CNAME entry |
| Sending addresses | Traditional ticketing Emails sent in the platform's name | Sweescape Your own sending addresses, with SPF and DKIM for deliverability |
| Brand shown to the public | Traditional ticketing The platform's logo and brand on your sales page | Sweescape 100% your brand, the tool disappears entirely |
| Interface customization | Traditional ticketing Rigid templates, barely editable | Sweescape 100% customized interface, CSS injection available |
| Advertising pixels | Traditional ticketing Rarely available on the sales page | Sweescape GTM, Meta Pixel and GA4 injected into the head of the ticketing page |
| Pricing model | Traditional ticketing Commission on every ticket, with no cap | Sweescape Fixed subscription, 0% commission on ticketing |
| When your sales climb | Traditional ticketing The cost grows proportionally | Sweescape The cost stays identical, whatever the volume |
| Attendee data | Traditional ticketing Captured by the platform | Sweescape Yours, segmentable and reusable |
What commission costs you over a year
Set the sliders to your real volumes. The calculation compares the commission charged on your sales with the cost of a Sweescape subscription over twelve months.
Your numbers
White label, depending on what you run
The principle is the same for everyone. What changes is what the commission costs you and what you put behind your brand.
Promoters and club nights
You run date after date and sell first to your own community, under your own artistic direction.
Ticketing for promoters →Festivals
One or two editions a year, a large capacity, and a commission that follows the whole edition's takings.
Ticketing for festivals →Event agencies
You deliver ticketing under each of your clients' names and add it as a line in your own quote.
Ticketing for agencies →When white label is not essential
A fixed subscription is not worth it for everyone. Below roughly 18,000€ of yearly ticketing, a 10% commission costs less than 1,788€ of annual subscription. Here are the cases where traditional ticketing is enough.
-
You sell less than 18,000€ of tickets a year
Below that threshold, a 10% cut stays cheaper than the cost of the annual subscription.
-
Your sales come from a marketplace
If your sales come from a platform's discovery traffic rather than your own communication, showing its brand is part of the service you pay for.
-
You have no identity to defend
If the name that matters is the venue's or the artist's rather than yours, white label changes little about your sales.
-
A one-off event with no follow-up
A one shot with no next edition makes poor use of a custom domain, a buyer database and automations.
"Thanks to Sweescape, we increased our event project sales for registration and attendance while significantly reducing time spent on event management. The system is fluid, easy to use, and allows management adapted to any type of event."

Frequently asked questions
What is white-label ticketing?
It is ticketing that shows the organiser's identity rather than the tool's: their domain name, their logo, their colours, their sending email addresses and a customized interface. The platform stays invisible to buyers.
How much does commission-free white-label ticketing cost?
At Sweescape, white label is included from the Advanced plan: 149€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment, or 199€ excl. VAT per month with no commitment and the first month free. Commission on tickets sold is 0%.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You connect a subdomain such as tickets.your-brand.com through a simple CNAME entry, with no development. One custom domain is included on the Advanced plan, five on the Agency plan.
Can emails be sent from my domain?
Yes. By configuring your DNS records with SPF and DKIM, invitations, confirmations and reminders go out from your addresses. Deliverability improves and the buyer recognises the sender immediately.
Can I put my Meta Pixel on the ticketing page?
Yes. The page editor has a dedicated field for tracking scripts, injected into the head: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4 work normally. You can therefore retarget the visitors of your ticket page. On the sales side, SweeAnalytics natively measures the visit-to-purchase funnel and your traffic sources.
Does zero commission mean zero fees?
Zero Sweescape commission, yes. Stripe payment fees still apply, as on any online ticketing platform, because they are banking fees. Sweescape takes nothing on top.
At what volume does the subscription pay for itself?
Around 18,000€ of ticketing a year. That is the point where a 10% commission exceeds the 1,788€ of an annual subscription. Above it the gap widens quickly, since the subscription does not move.
