Your clients' ticketing, under their name and their colours
Every client gets ticketing on their own domain, emails sent from their addresses, tickets in their brand style. You run all of it from a single Sweescape workspace and add a line to your offering.
What is white-label ticketing for an agency?
White-label ticketing shows the organiser's identity rather than the tool: their domain name, their logo, their colours and their sending email addresses. For an event agency, it means delivering every client a ticketing platform under their own brand from a single account. That is what the Agency plan is for, at 249€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment or 399€ with no commitment, covering five client brands. The Advanced plan, at 149€ or 199€ excl. VAT per month, covers a single brand: that of an organiser selling their own events. Either way, 0% commission on the tickets sold.
- One domain per client
- Emails in the client's name
- One workspace, many brands
- 0% commission

249€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment, whatever your clients sell.
Five domains and five sub-accounts on the Agency plan, one per client.
Your subscription does not move when your clients' takings climb.
Prices excl. VAT. 2,988€ is twelve months of the Agency plan on an annual commitment, or roughly 598€ per client if you equip five, to be built into your own quote. The Agency plan covers five client brands: five domains, five sending addresses, five Stripe accounts and five sub-accounts. The Advanced plan covers a single brand, the organiser's own, and is therefore not suited to reselling. Stripe payment fees apply as on any online ticketing platform.

Emails are sent from [email protected]
Ticketing becomes a line in your offering
You bill the service
You sell event production and ticketing management in the same quote, without subcontracting to a platform.
One workspace, many brands
You work inside Sweescape; on the public side, every event carries only its own client's brand.
One sub-account per client
Five sub-accounts on the Agency plan, one per client, each with its own identity and its own data.
Fixed cost, net margin
Five Stripe accounts on the Agency plan, one per client: each collects on their own account while your subscription stays flat.
White label: Sweescape versus traditional ticketing
Where standard ticketing imposes its brand on your clients, Sweescape erases its own.
| Criterion | Traditional ticketing | Sweescape |
|---|---|---|
| Domain name | Traditional ticketing A subdomain of the platform (tickets.the-platform.com) | Sweescape Each client's own domain (tickets.client-brand.com) via a CNAME entry |
| Sending emails | Traditional ticketing Emails sent on behalf of the platform | Sweescape Each client's own sending addresses, with SPF and DKIM for deliverability |
| Brand shown to the public | Traditional ticketing Platform logo and brand on your client's page | Sweescape 100% the client's brand, the tool disappears entirely |
| Interface customisation | Traditional ticketing Rigid templates, barely editable | Sweescape 100% customised interface, CSS injection available per client |
| Invitations and badges | Traditional ticketing Imposed templates | Sweescape Drag-and-drop invitations, QR codes and badges in each client's brand style |
| Multi-client management | Traditional ticketing Rarely catered for | Sweescape One sub-account and one Stripe account per client, five clients on the Agency plan |
| Pricing model | Traditional ticketing Commission on every ticket | Sweescape Fixed subscription, 0% commission on ticketing |
| Attendee data | Traditional ticketing Captured by the platform | Sweescape Kept separate per client, segmentable and ready to re-engage |
White label, with no commission on your clients' takings
Ticketing under your client's brand should not take a percentage of every ticket. Compare the commission of a traditional platform with a fixed Sweescape subscription.

Why event agencies choose Sweescape
Ticketing joins your offering
You sell production and ticketing together instead of sending your client to a third party.
The client's brand, not yours and not ours
Domain, emails, tickets and badges carry their name. Sweescape appears nowhere on the public side.
A margin that grows with your clients
Fixed subscription and 0% commission: the more your clients sell, the wider your margin.
Data kept separate
Each sub-account keeps its own attendees, segmentable and reusable for the next edition.
When white label is not essential
White label does not make sense for every agency. Here is when standard ticketing may be enough.
-
Your clients fill up through a marketplace
If attendance comes from a platform discovery traffic, displaying its brand is part of the deal.
-
A one-off job with no follow-up
For a single event with no recurrence, connecting a domain per client pays off poorly.
-
The client keeps their own ticketing
If your clients run ticketing themselves, that line is not part of your scope.
-
You bill purely for time spent
With no recurring line in your offering, an annual subscription is harder to justify than a one-off commission.
"Thanks to Sweescape, we increased our event project sales for registration and attendance while significantly reducing time spent on event management. The system is fluid, easy to use, and allows management adapted to any type of event."

Frequently asked questions
What is white-label ticketing?
It is ticketing that shows the organiser's identity rather than the tool: their domain name, their logo, their sending emails and a customised interface. The platform stays invisible to attendees.
Can an agency run several clients under white label?
Yes. The Agency plan provides five sub-accounts and five custom domains, one per client. You work inside Sweescape from a single workspace, and each event appears to the public under its own client's brand only.
Can each client have their own domain name?
Yes. You connect a subdomain such as tickets.client-brand.com with a single CNAME entry, no development required. The Agency plan covers five client domains. The Advanced plan covers only one, the organiser's own, so it cannot equip a client.
Can emails be sent from my client domain?
Yes. By configuring the client DNS records (SPF and DKIM), invitations, confirmations and reminders go out from their addresses. Deliverability improves and the attendee recognises the sender immediately.
How does the money from sales reach each client?
Each client has their own Stripe account attached to their sub-account. The Agency plan opens five, one per client: the takings from every event land directly with its own organiser. The Advanced plan covers a single brand, yours, and therefore cannot equip a client.
Is there a commission on tickets sold by my clients?
No. Sweescape runs on a fixed subscription with 0% commission on ticketing, white label included. Only Stripe payment fees apply, as on any online ticketing platform.
