Domain name

Your buyers stay with you

On a platform, your audience buys from a middleman. Here, the address in the browser is yours.

A single CNAME record

tickets.your-brand.com connects with one DNS record. Verification takes one click.

Automatic SSL

The certificate is issued and renewed for you. The padlock shows up with nothing to do on your side.

One address, three languages

The domain is attached to your event's ticketing, with its French, English and Spanish versions under the same address.

SEO under your control

Title, meta description and indexing are set page by page: it is your domain that gains visibility.

Your art direction, right through to payment

A complete theme

Nine named colours, six fonts, spacing and a background: the page looks like your poster, not like a template.

The checkout too

Order window, buttons, fields, timer, prices: every part of the payment takes on your branding.

CSS if you want it

A global CSS field lets you match the ticketing to the rest of your website, down to the pixel.

Your tracking scripts

Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4 are injected into the page head, just like on your own website.

Your brand at every touchpoint

White label doesn't stop at the ticket page.

Your sending emails

Confirmations, tickets, campaigns: everything is sent from your address, authenticated with SPF and DKIM so it lands in the inbox.

Unbranded SMS

Your SMS are sent from a short code and never show the Sweescape name.

Wallet tickets in your colours

The Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass carries your colours, your logo and your artwork.

  • The platform's address and logo on your ticket page
  • An account to create with the platform before buying
  • Emails signed by the platform
  • Your events listed next to everyone else's

With Sweescape

  • Ticketing that only shows your dates

Frequently asked questions about white label

What is white-label ticketing?

White-label ticketing is online ticketing where the tool is invisible to the buyer. The ticket page sits on your domain name, in your branding, and the emails are sent from your address. With Sweescape, no logo and no mention of the software provider appears on the public side.

How do I connect my domain name to my ticketing?

You declare a subdomain, for example tickets.your-brand.com, then add the CNAME record you are given with your domain provider. A button checks the configuration, and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.

Are my emails sent from my own address?

Yes. You declare your sending domain, Sweescape provides the SPF and DKIM records to add, and confirmations, tickets and campaigns are sent from your address. Authentication also protects your deliverability.

Is white label included in the subscription?

Yes. The Advanced plan includes one brand: one ticketing domain, one sending domain and one Stripe account. The Agency plan includes five, so you can give each client ticketing under their own name.

Can I fully customise the design of my ticket page?

Yes. The page is built from blocks, with a theme of colours and fonts, per-device settings and a global CSS field. The checkout is customised the same way: window, buttons, fields and timer.

Will my buyers see Sweescape anywhere?

No. Not on the ticket page, not in the checkout, not in the emails, and not in the SMS, which are sent from a short code with no sender name. Payment is processed by Stripe on your own account.
