One colour, one decision
At one in the morning, nobody reads an error message. The whole screen changes colour.
Green: valid
The ticket is good. The attendee's name, their ticket type and the fields from your form are displayed.
Orange: already used
The app shows the time of the first scan. A shared screenshot does not get through.
Red: refused
Wrong event, wrong ticket type or unknown QR code: the reason is displayed.
One tap to validate
The frame turns green when the QR code is detected, then a tap validates the entry. No accidental scans.

Frequently asked questions about SweeScan
How do I scan tickets with a smartphone?
Install SweeScan on an iPhone or an Android phone, sign in and choose the event. The camera reads the QR code on the ticket, and the app shows full screen whether the ticket is valid, already used or refused.
Can I scan tickets with several phones at the same time?
Yes, with no limit on devices. Every scan is checked by the server, which keeps track of the first entry. A ticket already validated at one entrance is refused at all the others, with the time of the first scan.
Does SweeScan work offline?
No. Every scan is checked online, which is what stops the same ticket getting in twice through two different doors. An ordinary mobile connection is enough: each check is a very light exchange.
Can I restrict an entrance to certain tickets?
Yes. Before scanning, you choose whether this phone accepts all tickets or a single type, for example VIP tickets only. A ticket of another type is refused with a clear message.
Do I need to hire access control hardware?
No. SweeScan runs on your team's phones and is included in the Sweescape subscription, whatever the number of devices.
