Three numbers to judge an edition

The average rating

A rating out of 5 with its breakdown, to see whether opinion is unanimous or split.

The Net Promoter Score

The share of promoters minus the share of detractors: does your crowd recommend you?

The completion rate

How many people answered right to the end, so you know what the numbers are worth.

The detailed answers

Every answer stays available, question by question.

Example

1,846 responses, summed up in a few lines

After a three-day festival, 1,846 attendees answer the survey. Nobody has time to read 1,846 comments. The AI summary brings out three points: the sunset stage made a lasting impression, the bars were overwhelmed on Saturday night, and doors need to open an hour earlier.

Frequently asked questions about feedback

How do I send a satisfaction survey after an event?

Create a satisfaction automation in the event and choose the timing, for example the day after. Every attendee receives a unique link to the survey by email or by SMS. You can limit the send to people who actually came, based on scanned entries.

How is the NPS calculated?

The Net Promoter Score is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors. In Sweescape, a rating of 5 counts as a promoter, a rating of 4 as a passive, and a rating of 1 to 3 as a detractor. The score ranges from -100 to +100.

What does the AI do with the survey responses?

It reads all the free-text comments and produces a summary: what the crowd liked, what caused problems, and concrete ideas for the next edition. Generating the summary uses one AI credit from your subscription.

Where do I find the survey results?

In SweeAnalytics, in the Feedback tab of the event: average rating, NPS, completion rate, table of detailed answers and AI summary.
