- For next edition: add two bars near the main stage, open gates 1 hour earlier.
A revenue figure next to every send
Because your campaigns and your ticketing live in the same place, SweeAnalytics links an email or an SMS to the tickets it sold.
Email and SMS
Both channels are tracked right through to the order, and compared on sales.
Confirmed sales
Only tickets that were actually paid for are counted. The figure is a reliable floor.
Engagement over time
Opens and clicks day by day, to see how long an announcement keeps working.
Most-clicked links
The button, the poster or the link at the bottom of the email: you know what gets the click.

Opening doors at the right time
On a club night of 1,300 people, the entry curve shows that 85% of the crowd arrives between 11pm and 2am. For the next date, the promoter strengthens the door team for that slot and trims it before 11pm, instead of staffing the whole night for the peak.

Frequently asked questions about SweeAnalytics
Which statistics does SweeAnalytics provide?
SweeAnalytics tracks total sales, average cart value, tickets sold and the attendance rate, with the trend compared to your previous event. It also measures ticket page views, traffic sources, devices, countries, the funnel from visit to purchase, abandoned carts, best-selling tickets, entries by time slot, satisfaction and NPS.
Do I need to install a tracking tool?
No. The statistics are built in and work as soon as the ticketing goes live. On top of that, you can install your Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager or GA4 on the ticket page.
How is the revenue from a campaign measured?
The links in email and SMS campaigns sent from Sweescape are tracked right through to the order. The revenue shown adds up the tickets paid for after a click, on a last-click basis, counting confirmed sales only.
Is the data in real time?
Yes for sales, traffic and entries. Campaign opens and clicks come through with a delay of around ten minutes.
Is SweeAnalytics included in the subscription?
Yes. SweeAnalytics is part of the Sweescape suite, at no extra cost, for all your events.
