Frequently asked questions about SweeBadge
What is SweeBadge?
SweeBadge is the main Sweescape application. It brings together commission-free online ticketing, the white-label ticket page editor, attendee management, invitations with QR codes, email and SMS campaigns, automations and the extensions marketplace.
Does SweeBadge work without paid ticketing?
Yes. An event can be created from an attendee file, with no sales at all. You then use the invitations, the QR codes, scanning on the door and the attendance statistics.
How much does SweeBadge cost?
SweeBadge is included in the Sweescape subscription: 149€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment, or 199€ excl. VAT per month with no commitment and the first month free. Events, tickets and attendees are unlimited, with no commission on sales.
Can several people work on the same event?
Yes. You add collaborators event by event: they get access to the date concerned, not to your whole account.
Which languages is SweeBadge available in?
The SweeBadge interface is available in French, English and Spanish. The ticket pages for your buyers exist in the same three languages.
