Are ticket invoices generated automatically?
Yes. Every confirmed order on your Sweescape ticketing can generate a numbered invoice, in your company's name, with the VAT rate of the event. No re-keying is needed.
Can I track the profitability of an event?
Yes. SweeInvoice brings together the revenue from your sales and the expenses you log, and shows the profit. You know where a date stands before it happens, then again when you close it out.
Does SweeInvoice handle anything other than ticketing?
Yes. You create quotes and invoices for your services, your private hires or your partners, you schedule recurring invoices, and you track payments received and outstanding customer balances.
Does SweeInvoice replace my accounting software?
No. SweeInvoice is an invoicing and management tool: it produces your invoices and gives you your profit day to day. Your accountant keeps their own tool, which you feed with the reports and exports.
